Our Dominican School
The Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA offers Masters and other degree and certificate programs rooted in the tradition of the Dominican order and our brother, St. Thomas Aquinas. Faithful to the teaching of Holy Mother, the Church, our school prepares not only young men studying for the priesthood, but also other men and women who will be the leaders of local communities of faith. Vestition - 2012
It was with great joy that the friars of the Western Dominican Province celebrated the vestition of six new novices on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Compline in St. Dominic Priory Church, San Francisco, CA.

In the order they will be known as (from left to right) Br. Gregory Augustine (Jack Liu), Br. Thomas (Tom Sundaram), Br. Matthew (Mason Peddemors), Br. Augustine Guadalupe (Brendon Ford), Br. Jonathan (Brannon Lepak), Br. Pius (Pius Youn).
May our Good Lord bring to completion what He has begun in them.
Please do keep our new brothers in your prayers and, if possible, consider a regular donation to the Western Dominican Province to help support these and the student brothers at St. Albert Priory. Many blessings!
