Fr. Alejandro is 30 and is originally from Mexico City, Mexico. He grew-up in Rosarito Beach, Baja. He learned about the Dominicans through the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose while studying at St. Catherine's Military School. He attended Southwestern College in Chula Vista, CA, graduating with an A.A., before joining the Dominicans. Fr. Alejandro hopes to begin a doctoral program in social ethics after completing his first assignment in the Western Dominican Province as a theology instructor and campus chaplain at the University of San Diego.
