A traditional activity, the first blessings of the newly ordained, brought many to the
grotto of the parking lot at St. Dominic Church in San Francisco.

The reception after the ordination included dinner entertainment. Nonie de
Bettencourt, Doug Cameron and Bro. Anselm Ramelow, OP provided instrumental music, while
the choir of Br. Jerome Cudden, OP, Br. John Evans, OP, Br. Francis-Hung Le, OP, Rev. Br.
Peter Rogers, OP, Fr. Luke Buckles, OP, Br. Anselm Ramelow, OP, Br. James Thompson, OP,
and Br. Bernhard Blankenhorn, OP sang a humorous tune especially composed for the
occasion.
