way, here is an account of the day's significant events.

COMMISSION REPORT: On Government
The Chapter's work moved smoothly today, and there will be no need for an afternoon
session. The next report will be on Economic Administration on Monday morning, but
everyone needs some time to more fully review the recommended changes that were submitted
in writing. All in all, the Chapter members have worked very hard all week.
