| * Order of Religion
means the order in which you entered religious life. In days long ago, a brother
would walk up to the door of the monastery and knock on the door. When the door was
answered, he would state he wanted to enter the religious community. He would begin
living the life of a friar, the date noted and recorded, thus the Order of Religion is the
order in which each brother passed through the doors and began his life as a friar.
Now days, there is a more formal entrance process, but the order of religion is still
recorded. |
