WestHost Help

WestHost is our webhosting company.  They provide the server and services of our website opwest.org twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  Their help desk is located in Salt Lake City, Utah and their personnel has always been very helpful, professional, and easy to obtain help from.  They have multiple ways to to providing help to you: email, chat, and the traditional 800 phone number.

WestHost will help with:

• when the website opwest.org is down, running very slowly, or causing errors

• opwest.org email issues

WestHost does not help with:

• giving out passwords to restricted areas of the website

• your computer's technical problems

• the province listservs

• your malfunctioning electronic equipment: fax machines, watches, cell phones, etc.

If you need help with something other than what WestHost provides contact the webmaster.  There is a good chance he can help you, or at least direct you in the right direction.
